By using BuyMeAChai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
2. Service Description
BuyMeAChai provides a platform for creators to receive payments ("Chais") from their audience via UPI. We are not a payment processor - all transactions occur directly between users.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate UPI information
- Not use the service for illegal activities
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws
- Be at least 18 years old to create an account
4. Payments
All payments are processed directly through UPI. BuyMeAChai doesn't handle funds or charge any fees. We're not responsible for payment disputes.
5. Termination
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
